COFFEE’N LOAF는 서울 마포구에 위치한 베이커리형 카페로, 베이커리 명인 출신 대표가 자체 브랜드의 런칭과 확장을 염두에 두고 기획한 공간이다.

공간은 고객 동선과 직원 동선의 철저한 분리를 통해 업무 효율성을 극대화했으며, 전문 주방 설계 업체와의 협업을 통해 실용성과 위생까지 고려한 설계를 완성했다.

전체적인 분위기는 네츄럴한 컬러 톤으로 편안함을 주는 동시에, 브랜드의 홍보성과 시각적 임팩트를 위해 다채로운 모자이크 타일을 적극 활용했다.
또한 프라이빗 존의 분리와 높은 층고의 펜던트 조명은 공간의 입체감과 조형미를 강화시키는 핵심 요소로 작용한다.

COFFEE’N LOAF is a bakery-style café located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, founded by a master baker preparing to launch and expand his own brand.

The space was meticulously planned to separate customer and staff traffic flows, ensuring operational efficiency. Close collaboration with a professional kitchen design firm allowed for a layout that prioritizes both functionality and hygiene.

To create a warm and inviting atmosphere, natural tones were used throughout, while vibrant mosaic tiles served as focal elements to emphasize brand identity and visual impact.
The clearly defined private zone and high-ceiling pendant lighting enhance the space’s sculptural quality and spatial dynamics.
